Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking arrival date incur a 50% cancellation fee. Prior to 72 hours, bookings can be cancelled without charge. A full refund will be granted.

Payment: To confirm your booking, full payment is required in advance.

House rules: No smoking, no pets, no parties or gatherings, no extra guests.

Check in/Check out: Unless otherwise arranged, check in is at 3pm and check out 11am.
